Low fat, low salt, diabetic dessert substitute, choice of one slice white or wheat bread (unless the daily menu includes a roll or muffin), margarine, and 8 ounces of milk. (Choice of 2% or skim) serving sizes are as follows: 2- 3oz. Meat (alternative: hamburger or chicken) Half cup vegetable, 1/2 cup potato, rice pasta, 1/2 cup fruit, and 2-ounce gravy/sauce.
