Menus adhere to the Ohio Department of Aging requirements and then approved by a registered dietitian.
Most all of the meals are prepared and delivered by the Prime Time Office on Aging kitchen staff.

Menu Substitutions: all meals provide 1/3 of the daily nutritional requirements. If you are following a modified diet, our kitchen staff will do the following substitutions upon request.
Low Fat: all meals offer a lower fat entrée such as chicken without skin, and you can request specific milk or juice option during the assessment.
Low Salt: all meals offer a lower sodium entrée, such as baked meat or chicken.
People with diabetes: can receive a non-concentrated dessert substitute when appropriate.

After the assessment
The Client Assessor will give your information to the Home Delivered Meals Coordinator, who assigns you to a Home Delivered Meal driver.
Meal delivery can occur between 10:30 am - 3 pm. Once delivery begins, your meal will arrive about the same time each day.
